IMPORTANT DELIVERY UPDATE COVID 19

Our delivery partner is currently experiencing delays of International orders due to COVID-19.

You will experience a delay in receiving your order at the moment. This is because all postal networks worldwide have had to implement strict safety policies which slows down the delivery process. Also postal services are experiencing high volumes through their networks which further adds to the delay. It’s unavoidable and there is nothing we can do to speed up getting your order to you.

We would appreciate your patience during this difficult time and know that our customer service and dispatch teams and your local shipping courier are working as hard, fast and safe as they can to get your Cocarbony order to you.

HOW SOON SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Please allow 1 – 2 business days for your order to be processed. During high volume periods and sales, dispatch times may vary and your order might be split up and sent separately due to stock availability.

Your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the above-mentioned delivery estimates. This may result in your order being rejected at customs. Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once the shipment reaches your country. Cocarbony are not responsible for any custom clearance charges or delivery delays; you should contact your local postal provider for more information.

Please note:

All express orders to United States and Canada require a physical address – unfortunately, our express couriers are not able to deliver to Po Boxes. For all shipments to United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman & Saudi Arabia a Po Box is required in the address details.

Cocarbony does not refund shipping charges for packages that are undeliverable or refused/unclaimed by customers.

SO WHAT’S IN THE COCARBONY TOOTH POLISH?

Activated coconut shell charcoal. Ironically, this black stuff is super powerful in polishing and whitening teeth!

HOW DO I USE THE COCARBONY ACTIVATED CHARCOAL TOOTH POLISH?

Dip a clean, wet toothbrush into the tub and brush your teeth in small, gentle circles for a couple of minutes. Try your best to keep your lips closed while brushing and spit carefully to avoid unnecessary splatters around your sink area. Rinse thoroughly and enjoy your brighter smile!

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR PREGNANT AND BREASTFEEDING WOMEN?

HOW DOES THE MAGNETIC CHARCOAL MASK WORK?

When the magnet is hovered over the face mask, it creates a micro-current. The mask is lifted away from the skin removing with it all dirt, oil, environmental toxins and dead skin cells, leading to healthier pores, rejuvenation and hydration.

DO I NEED TO RINSE THE MASK OFF WITH WATER?

No. The mask should not be removed with water. The mask will leave moisture behind that is infused into the skin.

IS THE MAGNETIC CHARCOAL MASK SAFE FOR ALL SKIN TYPES?

Yes, it is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin. If you are concerned, test a small amount on your inner arm.

WHAT IF I FORGET TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE?

Oops! We are sorry to hear this. Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

We cannot cancel orders once they have been processed by our shipping team, so please be sure to review your order before you confirm your purchase!

WHAT IF I PUT THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If the shipping address is incorrect you need to email us within 30 minutes of placing the order. We cannot 100% guarantee the changes will go through. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase.

If your order was dispatched to incorrect address as entered in your details, we will need to wait until the order is returned to us before we can process a replacement. We cannot guarantee a return will be received due to local postal procedures.

Please note: Your shipping address must be entered in English.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

So our customer service team can help you as fast as possible, please include your order number, your full name, shipping address and reason for return/refund.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be returned at the buyers cost. The products must be in unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We cannot accept returns/refund on orders that have been used/opened due to hygiene reasons.

Please note: Cocarbony does not refund shipping charges for returned packages.
